Located in the Funchal Bay, Cais da Ribeira is a café bar/restaurant where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains of Madeira. Cais da Ribeira is on the pier, and the resulting scenario is as idyllic as having a drink in the sea while the sun goes down. If it is in good company, it is even better! Relax with snacks, cocktails and sunset!
The menu is designed for light meals and snacks, being more optimised concerning drinks and ice cream! Here we find a good service with a good portion of French fries and a prego in Bolo do Caco. There is a good selection of desserts, and the house's speciality is the ice cream roll!
To drink, don't hesitate and have a wonderful Poncha, Madeira Wine or the House Cocktail, the ideal companions for the sunset. If you don't drink alcohol, other drinks are available. The average price is €20/2 pax.
