Mercearia Dona Mécia
Bar | €
In Rua dos Aranhas, Mercearia Dona Mécia is a small bar where flavours call our attention through traditional delicacies in the aftermath of cosmopolitan culture. With a true Portuguese spirit, spend a good time in the exclusivity of drinks, snacks, preserves and conversations. The esplanade is inviting, and the interior is a jewel with its tile decoration, a vintage counter and a collection of traditional preserves. Meet the locals who unwind with a drink after work.
The menu is uncomplicated, designed for light meals (salads, toasts and snacks) but worked with Portuguese reference products. Here, sensoriality is also emotional due to the intimate relationship created between the flavours of yesteryear and contemporary palates. We highlight Copos e Petiscos, where you can taste Portuguese preserves and sausages combined with an excellent selection of wines or Passion Fruit Poncha. The average price is 20€/2pax. Here you can also find vegetarian food.
Open from Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 22:00; Friday from 10 am to midnight and Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
