Located in the center of Funchal, Universal Store is the shop that provides you with a wide variety of items and where you can buy a wide variety of souvenirs for family and friends. Set aside at least an hour for your shopping because what you find demands it.
Inside the shop, in addition to exemplary and friendly service, discover handicrafts, regional products, and a wide range of typical Madeiran embroidery and wines, among others. Madeira Wine occupies the cellar and many queues, as there are wines, from all Madeiran producers, of all ages up to fifty years. All visitors will have the opportunity to taste wine, often accompanied by an Island typical sweet.
Universal Store has an online shop that guarantees immediate shipment of purchased items to any part of the world.
Open on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm.
