The menu is eclectic and follows the spread and evolution of Portuguese recipes, with influences from Africa to India. Start with some Brie Cheese Samosas with Pears in Wine, then a Rack of Lamb with Chestnut Purée and Chutney, a Capixaba Shrimp Bobó or even Chicken Tikka Masala, and finish with Passion Fruit Cheesecake.
